The Fibro 5

We’ve embraced a positive approach rooted in the government’s “5 Ways to Wellbeing,” which we proudly refer to as the Fibro 5. These fundamental principles serve as the cornerstone of our program, aiming to enrich not just physical health but also mental and emotional wellbeing.

If you want to learn more about the Fibro 5, please visit our page about it here.

Our Dedicated Team

Our team comprises passionate individuals, most of whom are FM and CFS sufferers. These volunteers have not only researched but are also qualified to guide you in areas such as Tai Chi, nutrition, lifestyle choices, and emotional wellness.
