Space to Think

Fibro Active

Space to think is an extension of our Tai Chi classes on Monday afternoons. It allows Tai Students to drop in for a structured cuppa and chat where they can gain further support with coping skills or sharing worries to help reduce the stress of life in a safe and familiar environment.

Every 6 weeks Sue from Open Minds will rotate with Inspirative Arts to give students a wide variety of relaxation techniques, coping skills and 6 weeks arts therapy project in a small group.

The aim is to help individuals feel less isolated and to build confidence and form friendships with their fellow students so that we all feel connected and create our own little Tai Chi community.
