Small Steps to Health: Lotus Memberships
Certified instructors lead our Tai Chi and Qigong classes, welcoming individuals who are medically fit, independently mobile, and can participate without assistance. Those uncertain about their fitness for the class are advised to obtain medical clearance from their doctor before starting. The physical exertion is comparable to walking.
Participants are encouraged to take breaks as necessary and stay within their comfort zone. It is mandatory for all attendees to participate in warm-up exercises at the beginning and cool-down exercises at the end.
